If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Approved claims may receive:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Refund (when applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
